David K. Isom

David K. Isom is a Utah trial lawyer who has devoted his practice to complex commercial litigation, arbitration and mediation.  He has been lead trial counsel in major civil actions throughout the United States, including Arizona, California, Colorado, New Mexico, New York, Oregon, Texas and Wyoming.  He now serves primarily as lead counsel and local counsel in arbitrations, mediations and state and federal courts in Utah.
